This Summer we are doing something new at the club and offering a Summer SAQ (Speed/Agility/Quickness) Program. The program will focus on improving your player's athletic ability to help them perform better on the field! Our program is based on science, not on what some coach has done in conditioning for years. Our program will be structured to improve their speed, agility, and reaction times. We will also put a focus on injury prevention through stretching, core strengthening, balance exercises and will help them learn proper landing/jumping mechanics. Too many times players are not taught proper mechanics or don't focus on the little aspects that keep them healthy and playing! This is an opportunity for your player to learn from certified professionals that use science as a basis for the program! Players will be assessed at the sessions and given things to work on to improve their overall muscle structure, health and mobility at the end of the program.

TIMES and AGES:
Sessions will be one hour and start at 6 pm. The focus of this age group is player's below high school age due to their season and start dates. Based on the age groups that sign up we will group them for 6, 7 or 8 pm start times. This is open to all ages. The younger players can get a great head start on their athletic development and the older players can start learning the techniques to prevent injury. Sessions will be progressed based on individual ability!
